Mark is a graduate of Miami University (BA) and Bethel Seminary, Minnesota (MDiv). He earned his PhD at the University of South Florida in the College of Education, Department of Leadership Development. His focus of study was organizational leadership, adult education,

Jim Louwsma

Jim started his collegiate career at the University of Michigan and graduated from Wheaton College with a BA. After graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and flew Navy attack jets. After the Navy, he received an MBA from the University of Utah and then worked for Procter & Gamble for almost 30 years. In retirement, he started a consulting company with Dr. McCloskey and co-founded Africaworks in Mozambique, Africa.

Rachel Boudreau

Rachel is a Talent Acquisition professional and a Certified Professional Coach. She obtained her Bachelors in Psychology from Bethel University and her coaching certification from Adler Graduate School. Rachel is a strengths enthusiast and believes every person should learn and leverage their strengths!
